(ii) Daily or weekly maid service available if required – £6 (10 Euros) per hour.

(iii) The price quoted is per full week (ie 7 nights). Minimum stay is 4 nights, which will be charged pro rata at the weekly tariff.

(iv) Long-term lets are available.

(v) An initial deposit of £200 (300 Euros) is required at time of booking, with the balance plus the Security Deposit (see (vi) below) payable 8 weeks before departure, unless the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday, in which case full payment is required.

(vi) A refundable security deposit of £200 (300 Euros ) is payable (by separate cheque, which will be returned upon departure) to cover breakages/damage/lost items etc.

(vii) The number of persons using the property is not to exceed the number stated when booking unless otherwise agreed before the commencement of the holiday.

(viii) No children under 9 years. No pets allowed.

(ix) No Smoking within the apartment - smoking is permitted on the terrace only.

(x) The use of the accommodation is entirely at the Occupier’s own risk, and no responsibility can be accepted for any injury, or loss or damage to the occupier or their belongings. Under the terms of this booking your own Holiday Insurance is strongly recommended.

(xi) Cancellations should be notified in writing. We will make every effort to re-let the property, in which case a refund of the amount paid less £33 (50 Euros) per week will be made. If it is not possible to re-let, full payment will be due.

(xii) If a client is not entirely satisfied with the accommodation offered, this should be taken up with the Proprietor* immediately. No complaint can be entertained after departure from the property.
